How will I receive my order?
We offer pickup at our City Foundry location. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.
How far in advance do I need to place a cheesecake order?
Please order at least one (1) week in advance.
For large orders or events, please contact us a month prior.
Do you write messages on your cheesecakes?
We do not write messages on our cheesecakes but do have birthday and anniversary sticks availabe at no charge.
Do you do “themed” decorated cheesecakes?
We do not do “themed” cheesecakes but are happy to procure colored cheesecakes that coordinates with your themed celebration.
Do you make other desserts other than cheesecakes?
Currently, all our items contain cheesecake; we do offer our Cheesecake Creations, where we combine cheesecake with other items like cake, brownies and cookies.
Do you deliver?
We do not deliver. Delivery is available for weddings and large events.
Do you cater?
Yes, we cater for events and venues that fit Patty's Cheesecakes; call or contact us to discuss.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes, we have wholesale partnerships that fit Patty's Cheesecakes; call or contact us to discuss.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, egift cards are available for purchase via our "Cheesecake Shop" page.
Can I use my e-gift card at Patty’s Cheesecakes bakery at the City Foundry?
No. E-gift cards can only be used for online purchase on pattyscheesecakes.com

How do I care for my cheesecake items?
For optimum freshness, refrigerate and cover all items until you are ready to eat. Items can also be refrigerated for 5-7 days or frozen for 30 days and thawed out when ready to eat.
How long do my cheesecake items stay fresh?
We bake fresh daily with no added preservatives, and as such our cheesecake items should be eaten within 5-7 days of purchase or frozen to maintain freshness.
Covid Protocol
Due to the COVID-19 crisis we are following best health & service practices during these uncertain times. We are following all CDC, WHO and County Health Guidelines. This includes sanitizing, wearing masks (when necessary) and gloves throughout our process. Thank you for supporting us during this time.
